Shipping & Returns

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer options for repair, replacement, or account credit, subject to the terms outlined below. This policy is applicable to products purchased from hanoutboutique.com.

We provide a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was received.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at zack@hanoutboutique.com, and we will provide you with our return address. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, kindly contact us without delay so that we can address the issue promptly and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made products tailored to customer measurements. These items can be modified but are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to obtain the item you desire is to return the unwanted item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

In compliance with European Union regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union. The same return conditions apply: the item must be unworn or unused, with all tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you of the refund's approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the return was approved, please contact us at zack@hanoutboutique.com.

Shipping, Import Taxes, and Duty Fees

Hanout Boutique is headquartered in Marrakech, Morocco, and all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Marrakech using express shipping services.

All shipments destined outside of Morocco may incur import taxes and duty fees. These international delivery costs do not encompass any taxes or duties, which may be imposed by customs in the destination country. Any duties or taxes accrued are the responsibility of the recipient. Hanout Boutique bears no responsibility for these fees or taxes, and we cannot be held accountable for actions taken by customs during the delivery process. In accordance with Moroccan export regulations, we are obligated to declare the precise value of all items. For detailed information on taxes, duties, and customs regulations, please directly contact your local customs office.

Should the recipient refuse to pay taxes and duties or decline delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Morocco. The order will be refunded once the item is received back, deducting the return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee from the total order amount.
