Shipping & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from hanoutboutique.com
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [15 Riad Zitoun En Jdid Médina, Marrakech, Morocco].
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping, Import Taxes, and Duty Fees
The company Hanout Boutique is based in Marrakech, Morocco, and all orders are shipped directly from its warehouse in Marrakech using express shipping services.
All shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. HANOUT BOUTIQUE has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. In accordance with Moroccan export regulations, HANOUT BOUTIQUE is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Morocco and the order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the order.
Hanout Boutique provides only Express Shipping for a fixed price of 30 Euros for European countries, and 40 Euros for the rest of the world. The arrival time is between 3 to 7 days plus 2 days maximum for product handling.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not included in shipping time.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Therefore, Hanout Boutique is not guaranteeing delivery dates.
Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to see where your package is located.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying customs duties, and/or vat. Once the package leaves Morocco, we have no control over how much these charges will be. If a package is refused and we are charged for returned shipping and/or duties, that amount will be deducted from the original order before a refund is credited.
We are not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages. if the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped – we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact email@example.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
